I am studying at Avrupa College. I come to my school by service bus. Some of my friends come with their parents. We mustn’t be late! Our teacher tells us the school starts at 8.30.a.m’’

Before breakfast I feel as if I’m at my room, playing, drawing, making shapes with play dough. Everything is so beautiful in my classroom.

We have so many computers, sometimes I play alone and sometimes we check things with our teachers. I would most like to talk with my teachers. I speak English with one teacher and Turkish with the other one. My English teacher is amazed to see how much I learn everyday!

When our teachers say ‘’ It’s 9a.m. Breakfast time.’’  We go to wash our hands all together and have our breakfast. We tidy up after breakfast and our circle time starts.

Our teacher asks us questions, we have a chat. We learn new concepts and words. We then move to other activities. Sometimes we sing songs, sometimes we do attention exercises, sometimes we do group work. We do all the work both Turkish and English.

We have our lunch at 12 a.m. We can eat by ourselves. Actually we can do so many things by ourselves. We can wash our hands, we can get dressed and undressed, we can tidy up our class and we can set up games. Our teachers tell us that the best thing we’ve learned in this school is to be able to do all our jobs alone.

 After lunch we get out the garden or play the games we want. I love to go to the garden because there are so many things to do.I play on sand, walk on grass and swing. When we come back to our class, we do activities with our teachers. We have drama classes, we sing, perform art activities, learn new concepts. As I said we have a different thing every day.

There are also music, art and PE subjects every week in our school. Do you know why I love music lesson too much? Because we don’t only sing in our music class, we also play instruments, we dance, imagine and sometimes we compose our own music.

 The favorite subject of my best friend is PE. We have got a huge sport saloon. We run, dance, try to stand in balance, play with ball and climb there. I feel myself very strong after PE lesson. Another friend’s favorite lesson is art. He likes to mix the colors and play with clay most.

In the afternoons before we go our home, we have afternoon snacks. To tell you the truth after that many activities I feel hungry. After we finish our snacks we wear our jackets and go to our services with our teacher. Today was also great, see you tomorrow! Bye …
